Menace of fly tipping highlighted

 December 2011

A NANTWICH LITTER GROUP PAGE

Fly-tipped rubbish dumped in the town immediately before Christmas

NANTWICH Litter Group has highlighted the problem of fly tipping in the area. Residents who spot rubbish left by fly tippers should contact Cheshire East Community Warden Adrian Coleman on 0300 123 5021 who will investigate the matter.  Community Wardens also deal with littering, dog-fouling, abandoned vehicles and re-cycling matters.

Fly tipping is anti-social, potentially dangerous and is an offence punishable by law.

Details of litter picks will be posted in What's On - General on this website.
