Which packaging is dropped the most?

April 2014                                                                                                                                                           A NANTWICH LITTER GROUP PAGE

KEEP Britain Tidy are conducting an annual litter count to see which brands are dropped the most in our streets.

They have a downloadable form for anyone wishing to take part to complete when out and about on walks or litter picks.

To get a copy - and more information about the count - go to: http://www.keepbritaintidy.org/englandsgreatlittercount/737

The survey ends on Easter Bank Holiday Monday (April 21) and the last date for uploading the form to them is April 22.

When they have received the forms, Keep Britain Tidy will "crunch the numbers" and share the results of the most littered brands in the country.

The information will be used in their campaigns to encourage businesses to make positive changes.

Members of Nantwich Litter Group already pick up any litter they see when walking into town and so will obviously heed Keep Britain Tidy's request that having counted the litter items they either bin them or take them home for disposal. Details of litter picks will be posted in What's On - General on this website.
