What's On
Nantwich Market

THE indoor and outdoor markets in Churchyardside are open on Tuesdays (9am - 2pm in spring and summer; 1pm otherwise), Thursdays (9am to 3pm), and Saturdays (9am to 4pm). The car park at the side of the market is not open for parking during trading times on market days - and it stays closed until all customers and market traders have left the market.

Market Manager: Mike Elsby, 07973 742066.

The Market is owned and run by Nantwich Town Council who acquired it from Cheshire East Council on September 4, 2012.

Outdoor table top sales are held at the Market every Tuesday during the summer months from 9am to 1pm. The stalls are set out on the car park on the town side of the market. A chance to have a clear out at home or pit your skills and go home with a bargain. Free entry for browsers. Stalls (6ft tables) are 10. There is a limited number of stalls. Advance booking at the Civic Hall, Market Street or telephone (01270) 628633. Tuesday is, of course, a Nantwich Market day (see left).

A Farmers' Market is held on the last Saturday of every month (9am to 3pm), except January when it is held a week earlier because of the Holly Holy Day events on the last Saturday, and December when it takes place on the Saturday before Christmas.
