THE indoor and outdoor markets in Churchyardside, on the corner of Market Street, are open on Tuesdays (9am to1pm - 2pm in spring and summer); Thursdays (9am to 3pm), and Saturdays (9am to 4pm).

  It is a traditional market with stallholders selling a wide variety of goods including fresh produce and household items.

  The car park at the side of the market is not open for parking during trading times on market days - and it stays closed until all customers and market traders have left the market.

   The Market is owned and run by Nantwich Town Council who acquired it from Cheshire East Council on September 4, 2012.

o A FARMERS' MARKET,  selling locally-grown produce, is held on The Square on the last Saturday of the month, from 9am to 3pm - except in January when it is held a week earlier because of the Holly Holy Day events on the last Saturday, and in December when it takes place on the Saturday before Christmas.
